Project is part of Ruwais Refinery expansion, Non-process buildings including refinery gatehouse, main warehouse, paint shop & sand blasting, archive building, vehicle workshop, chemical warehouse, canteen, maintenance building, HSE building and general services building along with site development.

Scope of work included detailed design and construction drawing package for Site development, architectural, 3d views, structural, plumbing system, Telecom & data, HVAC, instrumentation, fire safety, fencing and exterior works. Issued construction and as built drawings for contractor Ed Zublin Ag.
